Cygnus 3

Cygnus 3 is about where symbols travel as much as where they land. Avalanche wins open more rows, multipliers survive in Free Drops, and the wheel symbol must reach the leftmost column to earn its spin.

Know this game

Cygnus 3 at a glance

The wheel separates three outcomes: an immediate bet-relative prize, a fixed jackpot or a Free Drops feature. Persistent multipliers matter in the last of those, while expanding rows change the ways available inside a drop sequence.

Inside the game

How Cygnus 3 works

Follow board expansion, movement toward the left pillar and the multiplier total before reading the wheel outcome.

From 4,096 to 262,144 ways

The base drop starts with six columns and four rows: 4,096 ways. Continuing Avalanche drops can add rows up to eight, reaching 262,144 ways.

Matching symbols pay on consecutive reels from the leftmost reel toward the right. A gap breaks that ordinary winning sequence; the large ways count does not remove the adjacent-reel requirement.

Cygnus Wheel

A Cygnus Wheel symbol earns a wheel spin when it reaches the leftmost column. The spin waits until the ongoing Avalanche sequence has finished.

Every wheel spin awards one of three kinds of prize: a fixed jackpot, Free Drops or an instant win expressed as a multiple of the selected bet.

If another wheel symbol reaches the left column during Free Drops, its wheel spin is held until the current bonus ends. The trigger can therefore be earned before the wheel appears.

Three fixed jackpots

ELK lists three fixed jackpots: Sky at €1,000, Star at €10,000 and Cygnus at €100,000. Their amounts are fixed rather than scaled as multiples of each wager.

The provider says every bet size can reach these jackpots. The saved rules separately state that jackpot probability increases with a higher bet level, so eligibility at any stake does not mean equal odds at every stake.

Wheel sector sizes do not represent their landing probabilities. A large-looking jackpot sector should not be read as a numerical chance of winning it.

Multiplier Wilds: add, deactivate and reactivate

All multiplier and multiplier-Wild values currently in view are added together, then the total is applied to each win. They do not multiply one another.

A Multiplier Wild initially substitutes and contributes its multiplier. Once used as a Wild in a win, it loses the substitution role and remains a plain multiplier. The first time it reaches the bottom row, its Wild role reactivates.

Wilds cannot substitute for the Cygnus Wheel symbol or the multiplier and Multiplier Wild symbols. This keeps the wheel trigger separate from ordinary substitution.

Free Drops

The wheel can award up to ten Free Drops. Each new Free Drop begins with four rows, so row expansion still has to develop within its Avalanche sequence.

Multiplier and Multiplier Wild symbols remain on the bottom row between drops during the bonus. Their accumulated value therefore carries forward even though the next drop begins with the starting row count.

A wheel symbol reaching the left column can queue another wheel spin for after the Free Drops finish. The bonus ends when no drops remain or the win cap is reached.

Avalanche movement and row expansion

Winning symbols explode. Remaining symbols fall vertically and slide left and right until they settle, with new symbols entering the available spaces.

Each additional symbol drop adds a row up to the eight-row limit. The process continues while new winning combinations are formed.

This movement explains the wheel’s left-pillar trigger: landing the special symbol is only part of its route. It still has to reach the leftmost column during the sequence.

Five X-iter starting conditions

ELK documents five X-iter options. The provider gives endpoints of 2× bet for Bonus Hunt and 500× for Super Cygnus Wheel; the retained rules explain what each option changes.

Bonus Hunt increases the chance of reaching the wheel. Multiplier Wild guarantees a Wild multiplier of at least 5× for one drop. Rising Multiplier Wilds increases multiplier values after wins.

Cygnus Wheel provides a wheel spin. Super Cygnus Wheel does the same, but if it lands on Free Drops it starts a Super Bonus in which multiplier symbols rise after wins.

These optional entries are available from base play and can vary by market. Check the exact price displayed for the intermediate options in the game being offered.

Bet-relative potential and fixed prizes

ELK states a 10,000× bet-relative maximum potential alongside the fixed jackpots. The €100,000 Cygnus jackpot is a separate denomination of reward; converting one to the other requires a stake and the game’s cap rules.

The saved rules distinguish a cap based on the placed bet from the Cygnus jackpot value. They also say the round ends when its cap is reached, with collected wins paid rather than the remaining feature continuing.

Reading the retained game views

The saved base and wheel views show the compact starting board, fixed jackpot labels and the wheel presentation. They illustrate how the slot separates reel play from the wheel outcome.

The guide’s fuller movement, Wild-reactivation and bonus rules come from the retained official game text. Its unresolved RTP and stake placeholders are not presented as numeric facts.

Common misunderstandings

  1. Reach is part of the trigger

A wheel symbol must arrive at the leftmost column, not merely appear on the board.

  2. Eligibility is not equal probability

All bets can reach fixed jackpots, while the rules say the chance increases with stake.

  3. Multipliers add

Their values are summed before application; they do not multiply one another.

  4. Rows and multipliers reset differently

A new Free Drop begins with four rows, while bonus multipliers persist at the bottom.

Player fit

Cygnus 3 suits players who enjoy watching symbols travel and a board expand before a separate wheel resolves the feature. Sticky multiplier values give Free Drops continuity across individual drops.

It asks for more attention than a fixed-grid line slot. The wheel trigger, row count, Wild status and fixed-jackpot eligibility each answer a different question, even when their effects appear in the same round.

04 / The SlotsCollector take

Cygnus 3: our take

Rolling symbols expand the board from 4,096 to 262,144 ways, while the left pillar unlocks a wheel with fixed jackpots and Free Drops.

Cygnus 3 ties its feature entry to movement. The Cygnus symbol has to reach the leftmost column, giving the falling and rolling symbols a purpose beyond producing the next ordinary win.

Expansion makes that journey more interesting. The board starts at four rows and 4,096 ways, then continuing drops can grow it to eight rows and 262,144 ways. That growth belongs to the current sequence rather than a permanently enlarged starting grid.

Multiplier Wilds add another detail worth following. Once a Wild has helped a win, it becomes a plain multiplier; reaching the bottom for the first time reactivates its Wild role. Its visible state therefore matters as much as its printed value.

Free Drops preserve those multipliers between drops while restarting the row count at four. This creates continuity without treating the whole expanded board as permanent.

The wheel offers a different kind of contrast. An instant prize scales with the wager, whereas the Sky, Star and Cygnus jackpots have fixed provider-listed euro amounts. The 10,000× potential and €100,000 jackpot should not be collapsed into one unlabeled maximum.

All bets can qualify for the fixed jackpots, but the rules say their chance increases with stake. Neither eligibility nor the apparent size of a wheel segment tells you that probability.

This is a good fit for players who like layered progression built from visible movement. It is less immediate than a fixed-line game, because position, row count, multiplier state and the eventual wheel result all matter.
