What is Dr Toonz?

Dr Toonz is a dynamic payways online grid slot filled with Multipliers and up to 262144 ways to win! THE QUANTUMETER Starts at zero to two charges on each spin in the base game. Each winning cascade charges it up by one, which is up to three charges in total.
