SixSixSix

A 6 on the reels opens a wheel. A 6 on that wheel starts a bonus. That two-stage trigger explains SixSixSix better than counting reel symbols alone.

Inside the game

How Six Six Six works

Track wheel activation, wheel outcomes and bonus upgrades as separate events.

Base game

5×4 and 14 paylines

The game uses: The unusual part of the base game is not the line structure, but the Wicked Wheel system attached to 6 symbols.

  • 5 reels;
  • 4 rows;
  • 14 left-to-right paylines.

6 symbols

6 symbols can land only on reels 1, 3 and 5. Only one 6 symbol can land per reel. When a 6 lands, it activates a Wicked Wheel in the same grid position. In the base game, only Blue Wicked Wheels appear.

Blue Wicked Wheel

The Blue wheel can award:

  • the maximum win;
  • additive multipliers such as 5×, 10×, 15×, 20×, 25×, 50× and 100×;
  • multiplicative modifiers such as 2×, 3×, 4×, 5× and 10×;
  • a 6 symbol / Free Spins trigger.

Red Wicked Wheel

Red Wicked Wheels can appear in all three bonus levels, including Speak of the Devil. They offer additive and multiplying outcomes with a higher value range. Multiple wheels resolve from left to right, so adding a value and multiplying the running value are different operations.

  • additive multipliers up to 500×;
  • multiplicative values up to 20×;
  • max-win outcome.

Speak of the Devil Bonus

Landing one 6 symbol on a Wicked Wheel triggers Speak of the Devil with 10 Free Spins.

During this feature:

  • Blue and Red Wicked Wheels can appear more often;
  • a 6 symbol cannot appear on a Blue Wicked Wheel.

This is the entry-level bonus.

Let Hell Break Loose Bonus

Landing 6 symbols on two Wicked Wheels at the same time triggers Let Hell Break Loose with 10 Free Spins.

In this feature:

  • Red Wicked Wheels are more common;
  • Blue Wicked Wheels do not appear.

The important change is wheel quality rather than spin count.

What the Hell Bonus

Landing 6 symbols on three Wicked Wheels at once triggers What the Hell with 10 Free Spins.

A Red Wicked Wheel is guaranteed on every spin.

Blue Wicked Wheels do not appear.

Hacksaw’s provider description states that What the Hell cannot be purchased. It is entered through the three-wheel result or a successful upgrade.

Deal with the Devil

Speak of the Devil and Let Hell Break Loose can offer an optional Deal with the Devil.

Accepting the deal opens a Deal Wheel with:

  • 5;
  • 8;
  • 12;
  • 16;
  • 20;
  • a 6 symbol.

If the wheel lands on a number, that number becomes the new Free Spins count. The player can therefore gain or lose spins compared with the original 10.

If it lands on the 6 symbol, the current bonus upgrades:

  • Speak of the Devil → Let Hell Break Loose;
  • Let Hell Break Loose → What the Hell.

The player cannot be downgraded.

The deal can be offered once per bonus level. If a feature upgrades to a new level, another deal may become available.

What the Hell does not offer the deal.

The choice changes the structure of an awarded feature. It does not cash out a winning spin or guarantee that the upgraded feature will return more than the original one.

Deal with the Devil — what the choice really changes

The Deal Wheel changes feature state, not a cash win.

Number outcomes replace the awarded Free Spins count with 5, 8, 12, 16 or 20. Accepting the deal can therefore reduce or increase the original 10-spin award.

A 6 result upgrades the feature level:

  • Speak of the Devil → Let Hell Break Loose;
  • Let Hell Break Loose → What the Hell.

The player cannot be downgraded. A new deal can be offered after an upgrade into a new eligible bonus level. What the Hell does not offer another deal.

Reading the trigger in three stages

  1. Reel symbol

    A Blue 6 on reel 1, 3 or 5 opens a wheel at that position. Opening three wheels is not itself the top-bonus trigger.

  2. Wheel result

    The Blue wheels spin. One, two or three wheels showing a 6 in the same event award the corresponding bonus level.

  3. Bonus state

    Each level starts with ten Free Spins. Speak of the Devil allows Blue and Red wheels, Let Hell Break Loose excludes Blue wheels, and What the Hell guarantees a Red wheel each spin.

Common misunderstandings

The 6 symbol is not a normal Scatter

It is tied to Wicked Wheel positions and can change feature level.

Three bonus levels do not simply mean more spins

The standard trigger awards 10 spins at each level. The bigger change is wheel quality and guarantee.

Deal Wheel can reduce the spin count

A result of 5 or 8 is lower than the original 10.

What the Hell has no direct purchase

Hacksaw excludes What the Hell from direct purchase; the two lower bonus levels appear in the saved buy menu.

Base RTP is not enough for gambled and purchased paths

The game has separate theoretical values for the first and second gamble and for several paid entries.

Player fit

Good fit:

  • players who like explicit bonus progression;
  • players who enjoy an optional risk choice;
  • players who want a simple payline base game;
  • players comfortable with mode-specific RTPs.

Less suitable:

  • players who dislike risk choices inside a bonus;
  • players who want the strongest mode directly buyable;
  • players who prefer persistent grid-state mechanics.

04 / The SlotsCollector take

SixSixSix: our take

Three Wicked Wheel bonuses, with a Deal that can change both level and spin count.

SixSixSix is less about spinning a wheel than it first appears. The wheel is really a state-changing mechanic embedded into the reels.

The first concept is positional: 6 symbols can land only on reels 1, 3 and 5, with at most one per reel. Each activates a wheel, but the outcome of that wheel decides whether it contributes to a bonus trigger.

The second concept is arithmetic. Blue and Red Wicked Wheels can contain both additive and multiplicative multiplier outcomes. Those labels matter. Adding 20× to a running value and multiplying a running value by 20 are not interchangeable events.

One wheel result of 6 gives Speak of the Devil; two together give Let Hell Break Loose; three give What the Hell. Merely opening those wheels is not enough. All three bonuses start with ten spins before any optional Deal changes the award.

What the Hell guarantees a Red Wicked Wheel on every spin, which makes its minimum wheel presence easier to understand. The result on each wheel remains uncertain. Hacksaw excludes this top bonus from direct purchase.

Deal with the Devil is where the game becomes more interesting than a standard three-tier bonus. The choice can change both spin count and feature level. Landing a low number can reduce the remaining Free Spins; landing a higher number can increase them; landing the 6 symbol upgrades the bonus itself.

That means the deal is not simply “gamble the win”. It is a gamble on the structure of the bonus before the bonus continues.

SixSixSix suits players who like obvious feature progression and optional risk inside a bonus. It is less suitable for players who prefer bonuses with no gamble decisions or who want a single fixed math profile.
