Temple Tumble 2: Dreamdrop at a glance

There are three systems to read in order: the stone-clearing base game, the selected Free Spins block types and the separate Dream Drop event before an ordinary spin.

Inside the game

How Temple Tumble 2: Dreamdrop works

Follow what a block becomes when it disappears, and keep the jackpot event separate from normal tumbles.

6×6 Ways and tumbles

Saved official rules describe six reels and six rows with up to 46,656 ways to win.

Matching symbols pay on three or more adjacent reels beginning from the leftmost reel.

When a win is paid:

  • winning symbols disappear;
  • stone blocks directly beside winning symbols can also be destroyed;
  • remaining symbols drop down;
  • new symbols fall into the empty positions;
  • the process continues while new wins are formed.

Stone blocks themselves do not pay. Their role is progression: remove all of them during a normal round and Free Spins trigger.

That makes a tumble useful even when the immediate payout is not the only thing changing. It can also remove blockers and move the round closer to the feature.

A normal round begins with between three and twenty-four stone blocks. Blocks directly above, below or beside winning symbols can be removed; diagonal proximity alone is not the removal rule.

Free Spins trigger

If all stone blocks are destroyed during a normal round, the game awards six Free Spins.

In the feature, some stone blocks become special.

Before the Free Spins begin, the player chooses one of three modes.

The three Free Spin modes

Multipliers & Extra Spins

Special blocks add to the Total Multiplier or award extra spins. Multiplier additions are +1, +2 or +3 and remain in the total through the feature. Extra-spin blocks award one, two or three spins. This mode makes progress visible through two counters: the multiplier and the remaining spins.

Wild & Fire Transform

Special blocks contain Persistent Wild or Transform effects. A destroyed Wild block becomes a Persistent Wild. Saved rules give a Persistent Wild up to five lives. A life is consumed when the Wild participates in a win. When it is used with one life remaining, it is removed along with the winning symbols. A Transform block becomes a target symbol. In the following cascade, one symbol type is transformed into that target type. This mode is less about a visible total multiplier and more about changing symbol distribution and preserving substitution power on the grid.

Combined

The Combined mode can use all four special-block categories:

  • added multipliers;
  • extra spins;
  • Persistent Wilds;
  • Fire Transform.

Clearing the bonus board

If all regular and special stone blocks are cleared during Free Spins, the game awards three additional Free Spins.

This is a separate extension rule from extra-spin blocks themselves.

A player can therefore gain more spins in more than one way inside the feature, depending on the selected mode and what is cleared.

Persistent Wilds — the life counter

  1. Create a Persistent Wild

    A destroyed Wild block creates a Wild with up to five lives.

  2. Use one life in a win

    Participating in a winning combination consumes a life. Merely appearing on the board is not the documented life-consumption rule.

  3. Remove it after the last life

    When used with one life left, the Wild is removed with the winning symbols. Persistent Wilds do not carry between separate paid game rounds.

Jackpot Spin

The Jackpot Spin is a separate randomly triggered event.

It is played before the standard spin when triggered. The saved rules describe a 6×6 Jackpot Spin containing only blocks and DD symbols.

There is one initial Jackpot Spin. To enter the Dream Drop Bonus, one DD symbol must land on each reel.

If that condition is not met, the Jackpot Spin ends and play proceeds to the standard spin.

This sequencing matters: the jackpot event does not replace the normal spin that was initiated.

Dream Drop Bonus

When the Jackpot Spin qualifies, the Dream Drop Bonus uses five jackpot reels corresponding to:

  • RAPID;
  • MIDI;
  • MAXI;
  • MAJOR;
  • MEGA.

Those reels have different heights. DD symbols stay while block symbols are removed after each spin. Spins continue until one jackpot reel is completely filled with DD symbols.

The completed reel determines the jackpot awarded, after which the player returns to the standard game flow.

The game-specific bonus uses these five jackpot reels. The separately appended network rules also discuss a Daily jackpot; that is not a sixth reel in this game’s Dream Drop Bonus.

RTP, stake range and configuration scope

Relax Gaming’s provider page lists:

  • minimum stake: €0.20
  • maximum stake: €100

Saved official rules version 1.0.13 give a theoretical RTP of 94.80%.

The general jackpot-network document is separate from the game’s 94.80% configuration. Dynamic network amounts and schedules are not fixed payouts for an ordinary Temple Tumble spin.

Common misunderstandings

Stone blocks are not paying symbols

They are the progression layer destroyed around wins.

Persistent Wild does not mean permanent

It has a finite life counter.

Combined is not proven to be the best mode

It simply combines all special-block categories.

Jackpot Spin and the standard spin are separate

The jackpot event is played before the standard spin when triggered.

94.80% is a saved-rule RTP

It is not proof of every active operator configuration.

Player fit

Best suited to players who enjoy:

  • tumbling Ways games;
  • visible obstacle-clearing progression;
  • choosing between bonus mechanic sets;
  • progressive jackpot systems layered over a normal slot.

Less suited to players who prefer:

  • a single fixed bonus mode;
  • simple line-based wins;
  • a feature that is triggered only by ordinary Scatters.

Demo play and Dream Drop awards

The saved rules explicitly state that demo mode cannot award real progressive jackpot prizes. The visible jackpot meter in a retained screenshot is a historical display, not a current prize quotation.

Jackpot Spin can occur before the requested standard spin. It first needs one DD symbol on every one of six reels; only then does the five-reel jackpot-filling bonus begin. Six DD symbols concentrated on fewer reels would not satisfy that entry rule.

04 / The SlotsCollector take

Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop: our take

Clear stone blocks to choose a bonus, with Dream Drop running on a separate jackpot track.

Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop has a lot of mechanics, but the normal game gives the player a very clear objective: remove the stone blocks.

That makes the tumbles easier to understand than they first appear. A winning combination does two things at once. It can pay, and it can damage the obstacle layer around the winning symbols. The feature trigger is therefore visibly tied to board cleanup rather than an unrelated Scatter counter.

The three Free Spin modes then change what the special blocks contain.

Multipliers & Extra Spins is the most direct arithmetic mode: special blocks either raise the total multiplier or add more time.

Wild & Fire Transform changes the board itself. A Persistent Wild has a life counter, so it can keep influencing cascades without being permanently locked for the whole feature. Transform blocks alter symbol distribution on the next cascade.

The Total Multiplier is also worth isolating from ordinary symbol multipliers. Destroyed multiplier blocks add +1, +2 or +3 into one feature-wide multiplier that persists through the Free Spins. That is very different from a multiplier attached to one symbol or one cell.

The Jackpot Spin sits beside this system rather than inside it. It can trigger before a standard spin and has its own 6×6 block/DD-symbol board. Requiring one DD on every reel makes the entry condition easy to visualise. Once the Dream Drop Bonus begins, the race is between jackpot-specific reels filling with sticky DD symbols.

Reading those systems in order keeps the game manageable: clear ordinary stones, follow the chosen special blocks, then recognise the separate DD event when it appears.

The saved rules version 1.0.13 gives 94.80% RTP for that configuration. This is separate from a live jackpot amount or the network’s general prize schedule. A demo can explain the mechanics but cannot award a real progressive prize.
